Whether you are here for the first time or you’ve been here before, I know sometimes questions pop up. I’ve created a Q & A section here for that purpose. I want you to feel good about your purchase! If you don’t find your question answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me here.

  • Currently, I only ship to within the United States. If you are outside the USA and want to make a purchase. Please email me for a shipping quote.

  • Each print is made to order. Therefore, please wait a few business days for your order to be printed/framed before it is shipped. After it’s shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most packages arrive within 2-5 business days after they are shipped within the USA.

  • Shipping is free within the United States. If you are outside the USA and want to make a purchase, please email me for a shipping quote.

  • My print paper is very high quality: archival, heavy-weight, matte, fine art paper.

  • A giclee print is a high-resolution print using an inkjet printer. The result is a very high quality image of the original artwork.

  • I do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the mail, please email me within 2 business days so I can send you a replacement free of charge. If your item is damaged, please include pictures in your email.

  • My printer does a great job packing the artwork. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please sent me pictures via email so I can have the item reshipped to you at no extra cost. If the item is lost in the mail, please email me so I can ship a replacement to you free of charge. Please contact me within 2 business days of receipt.

  • My frames are very high-quality solid wood. Paper prints are framed in traditional frames that include a white mat. Canvas prints are framed in floater frames (which give the illusion of the canvas floating within the frame) without a mat. All hardware comes already installed on the frames so all you have to do is hang it on your wall! Frames come in the following 3 colors: White, Black, and Natural Oak.

  • I do offer a discount when you sign up for my newsletter! All other discounts will be sent out to my newsletter email list—so make sure you sign up so you don’t miss out!

  • The hardware on the frames and canvases purchased from my website are already installed. All you have to do is hang it on your wall! Paper prints purchased without a frame, do not come with hardware. In that case, you will need to pick out your own frame and hardware for hanging.

  • Yes, gift cards are available in my shop starting at $25 and up!
